We reserve the right to refuse service and promotions to anyone for any reason at any time. Abitto has the right to cancel any orders without any compensation to the customers. Customers are not entitle to any compensation related to purchases made from Abitto. We take no responsibility for late delivery, customers accept Abitto is not liable to pay any compensation for any inconvenience caused. Customers are responsible for sending the suit back for refunds and exchanges regardless if a prepaid label is provided by Abitto. For any particular reason the parcel goes missing or lost, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and the customer is responsible to make a claim with the courier.
